Perfume Handheld

I feel really stupid asking this, but how do I get the perfume handheld? I did the “create a perfume” storyline months ago, but picked all the free/cheap options. I also own the perfumery, and it’s fully furnished. Help?!

I believe it’s only available when you are in that storyline, and pay for the designer bottle.  I’m not sure but it might be available for diamonds in the vote booth, or during a special sale sometime.  I have major FOMO

Darn it, okay. Thank you! I hope Glu changes this and lets us buy the perfume bottle again if we own the perfumery.
