How Long does the Tech Ticket response take?

I just submitted a tech ticket because my reality TV cameramen disappeared, does anyone know how long support takes? I would like to get back to the event and get those beautiful earnables. Really hope I don't end up missing out :/

    Do you have any goals/gigs that could be using the cameraman? I know there were a couple storyline ones that used him, unfortunately I don't remember the names of the goals.

    Look for the TV cameraman in Hollywood at Mirimount Pictures studios.

    OMG! Thank you! I think this might be it. One storyline I'm in the middle of is the shooting on-location one. I'm trying to finish the current goal to see if he comes back! Thanks, I might be a little dumb lol
