Not complaining because it's better than energy... But no s**t I legit had a vision of the water bottle in that box and I still didn't pick it lol... I have to start going with my instincts.
Seriously, why did we even test this sys if they literally listened to NONE of our feedback. These boxes are getting worse and worse! And why is it the same items over and over in everyone's boxes?
I almost picked dyes. But I got item that I don’t think I’m gonna use 🤔 And I had again that pretty long hair in my boxes 🥺 please Glu gods give it to me in next box!
Is this a joke??? 6 weeks of trial and none of our feedback was taken in consideration? Literally nothing changed. Why the hell does this forum even exist? I see Kalinda saying she is taking our feedback to the team, but the only suggestions they care about are the ones from the fashion inspo thread Edit: I'm not blaming Kalinda, is just that sometimes it feels like screaming into the void

This was the only earnable item I didn’t have so I’m thrilled that I got it in my very first box!
It’s not my favorite hair and my doll's head looks huge in it lol but super happy that I got it!
Other than that, kstars were the only good thing in the palette which definitely doesn’t make me look forward to earnable boxes in upcoming events. We shouldn’t have energy there, replace it with diamonds and rare dye.
@KalindaKing so after EVERYONE went off and told you the boxes are pure crap this is the solution? Resolving nothing? Where is that team that lurks around? Tell them to STEP UP and come explain what has been changed,out of all the feed back you got from the players that got the event to test it,for you to say that you were even doing “a/b testing”. This is just the same as the first one you “tested” and you left half of us without rewards for 2MONTHS so that you would still release the freaking same event without any change that people gave you as feed back you wanted and needed to “fix what is not good”. That is not “a/b testing”!!!!!
My conclusions from the SYS so far: - Don't waste the free tickets/don't buy tickets to gamble them away in a box. - Don't worry about the ranking, focus on getting the diamonds/kstars from the earnables. - Don't worry about in-game kash anymore, just vote a couple of times in the SYS.

They have to change them because their profits will decrease as they did while the event was in testing. There was a lot of tbs in the first two, in the third I had no tbs in my group. While in the second round of testing I only had tbs in the first week. Logically, once people see how bad the rewards are they stop spending money. Therefore the boxes must be changed.

First box, happy to get an item but I don't see myself using it. The energy shouldn't be there, it should be kstars and one of the dye boxes should have diamonds.

After missing out on the trial the past few weeks, I was so happy to finally get the Throwback SYS!! Until I opened one of the boxes...
I seriously don't understand these boxes?!?!
-Why is the amount of dye different per colour? -Why is there energy in there? And also different amout of energy? -Why are there no Diamonds in there?
And for players who miss more than 8 earnable Throwback SYS items: -Why is their pallette not full of items?
And for players - like myself - who own all the earnable SYS boxes: -Why are the items in them not replaced Trendsetter SYS boxes or Diamonds
I mean at least there was no energy and there was a chance of a lot of K-Stars but of course I picked dye. I find it so sus that you basically don’t gain an item unless you come in top 5, during the trials I never got items at the earnable boxes.
