What am I able to gift?

in KKH Squads
My sister started playing KKH and I have added her as a contact, however, I noticed a LOT of items that are usually in the Kloset are not in the kloset selection for gifting... Am I only allowed to gift the base game clothes? Not even hair shows up... any help on this would be appreciated!

    You are not permitted to gift hair, currency and favisl features.  You are limited to the items in the Gifting Closet.  During some holidays we have a ‘share a gift’ programs. They let you send gift boxes from a special collection to a friend, and you get a box as well.  Those are very popular.  In the past, you paid with funds from your iTunes or google account.  
    If you are having trouble DO NOT UNINSTALL THE GAME!
