Why Simon didnt call me? 😫😫😫 my gig was 3h, I'm ok android. And I want that call now!!!! I play since march and always had 10 videos/day. Sometimes not even those 10.

I am curious about how many players are impacted by the video reduction. Players could watch 20 videos per day if they started their game prior to 2020 and if they had never made any in game purchases. Those players were “grandfathered in” - they still had 20 vids but would lose them if they made a purchase. If this isn’t a glitch, I’m wondering if glu just decided that the number of players that were grandfathered in was too small to continue to allow this option for 20 vids.. hopefully not, but I’m thinking it could be a possibility maybe

This update is trash. Lowered free K-Stars from 20 to 10 is trash. Lack of diamonds quest is trash. Not implementing OUR ideas is freaking trash. Another update, another month in clown college.

Wow, just when I was so happy about the fact that there aren’t any diamond items in the kloset
anymore... they really changed something we DID NOT want to be changed.
glu, if you really wanted to change something, you should’ve let EVERYONE watch those 20 videos a day. We shouldn’t be punished for spending money / deciding not to spend any money on this game.

I agree with everything @jhabs said! I am a long time player of this game and have put a lot of money into it over the years, but this game just doesn’t feel the same anymore. It gets exhausting to see the constant hacking, Glu money grabs, and silence on questions such as “when will we get more ways to earn diamonds” or “what about the Starlet Kollection?”  Yet someone mentions a minor glitch in a dress and it’s an immediate “The team will fix this ASAP!!!!!!!”

Glu isn’t listening, and likely will never listen to us. It’s tiresome to hope for a better update each month, but nothing real ever changes. Last year, I actually had hope (lol) that they would make changes to trendsetters, but thanks to players who like to buy and use enough tickets to reach over 1000+ points every SYS, often times for no reason, I know it won’t change anytime soon. I’ve been on this forum for almost 2 years, which is not as long as some, but it’s legit the same suggestions and complaints I’ve seen since I joined. Where are the fun storylines? Where are the new locations? Where are the updated TB boxes? Why can’t we have more Kash items in the game? More ways to earn kstars and diamonds? More businesses?  Etc etc. 

It was nice we actually got 5 of the new dye, but the only way to get more apparently? Spend more diamonds on a gamble. Without anymore ways to earn more diamonds. Hmm.. I wonder why they actually gave us 5 dyes? Because they know if we actually use it on an outfit, and we like it, people will gamble for more. It was never about generosity. Beautiful, high quality items in the diamond Kollection? Gotta spend hundreds of dollars of real money to complete them (or wait a year till you earn enough to complete a Kollection, whatever). Now they’re reducing videos for free players and they can’t even give us a diamond quest even though we would always get it before? Like what’s next??

It’s the same ol story, every month. I would encourage people to stop spending real money on the game, as much as you can. I have, and it was hard at first, but now I actually see I have more money to do things I enjoy, and I’m happier. I don’t care about placing in sys anymore, I still play for the diamonds and kstars, but I couldn’t care less if I have a TB with 5000 points, Glu made me jaded from the whole event, that I used to enjoy much more before triple threat came along. 

Many people have said the same “happy customer = paying customer” and that couldn’t be more true. Speak with your wallet, because they won’t hear you otherwise.

I am on iOS and got an 8hour gig and no call from Simon. Wasn’t an option of the poll I don’t think! @SaigeAnne. 

I am free player and have always gotten 20 videos, I will check that and see if I get 10 when I get home and report back

I’ve always been a free player and even when we got 20 daily videos I was still mad that paying players only got 5 and then 10 because it meant that I could never make a purchase and they’re just punishing the people who pay them. @glu please give EVERYONE 20 videos and stop punishing people for no reason because it only makes us not wanna give you any money!

@KalindaKing can you please give us an explanation (even if it’s a simple « looking into it! » ) as to why the gigs were different lengths and why some people got compensation from Simon and others did not?

Glu's shady practices continue there. I play Covet with a group of KKH players and we all had videos drop from 50 to 20 once we spent a certain amount in the game.

Why are you so selective with your answers?? What about the pages of players complaining about not receiving the Simon call with free kstars and energy or the Misty quest being different lengths for everybody?? "I will let you know when I hear back from the team about the videos" this reads so cold lol what about a simple "we're sorry this is happening" for the concerned free players??

when we think that in the next updates the bugs will stop, we only win more,I still haven't gotten over the fact that I accidentally lost my diamonds, I wanted the stars that Simon gave us to be diamonds

I'm still waiting to get my update in the first place but if the only way you can get aquamarine dye is through dye boxes, I'm not interested. There's no way of knowing which dye you're going to get and I get some of the same colors all the time and never get opal, gold or twilight from them. Not even once.
