Glith with diamonds

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I wanted to talk about a problem that I had a few months ago in the first challenge that they gave us 12 diamonds, they appeared on the screen that had claimed them but not in the diamond counter, as it was my first time that happened to me something like that I did not take screenshot or report the problem because I did not know that it could be done, is there any way to recover those diamonds that I won or that glu check my game progress? Sorry if there is any mistake, English is not my first language
