Missing clothes on dolls

Idk if anyone's been having this same problem/glitch, but sometimes during regular gameplay, or even during sys voting some dolls have their clothes missing.

Here's an example: 

does anyone know what causes this? it doesn't bother me much but i would like to see the full outfit

Yes this has been happening quite often during SYS! Which is not fair because some dolls could have glitching outfits that causes people to vote against them
