@StellaKKH it’s not, it was supposed to be a weekend event item, but for some reason (my guess and everyone else’s is, glu saw that many of us voted for it and like the last minute) they switched the dress to be a FG 😭

You can't change eyebrows because these eyes comes with attached eyebrows that's why when you choose another eyebrows they go back to default eyes.

@Dorica thank you for answering! Theres 2 or 3 npcs in my kloset have the glitch where I can change their eyebrows color and shape, I call it a glitch but hopefully they will never fix that 😆
