Should I transfer my account?

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I want some opinions on whether or not I should transfer my account from my Samsung Tablet to my Android phone.
I used to play on my phone, but I kept running out of space so I deleted the game. I recently restarted on my Samsung Tablet, but when i play on it, I can't watch ads or do offers. My tablet even refuses to let me make in-game purchases in KKH even though it doesn't do that for other apps. I contacted support and they said they made adjustments to my account, but there's no change whatsoever. I thought of moving back to my android phone but I don't know if it's a good idea. If I do move back to my phone, how do I proceed so I don't lose my account?
