Kinda disappointed that we didn’t get a free box.. also went a bit crazy when I was supposed to open one box and ended up spending 250 k stars. I still want the hair with the elf ears and butterfly aura + the fairy dress.. will save them for vip maybe. I’m not feeling good for Black Friday now 😟

Looking through the SMCs for the genie really got me sad, there are so many incredible old SMCs I have never been offered in my game and would love to purchase. Have we ever got a straight answer about why some SMCs are out of rotation and some are not? I genuinely don’t understand but Glu please let me give you my money 😭😭😭 @KalindaKing @eggsandbananas

Hopefully you get them back the first time u ask. I had to ask them 3 times and then ask kalinda and then ask one last time so that they could give me my diamonds back 🙄

Uggh yes, hopefully. Support is so hit or miss in regards to their helpfulness. I sent them my screenshots so fingers crossed.

omg!!!! opened another box because I have literally no self control and got the elf ear hair😍 I can’t believe my luck to get TWO new items when I had only 2/65 items prior to opening any boxes😂

I know this hair will be so useful for the SYS themes this month😍 my doll looks amazing, I just absolutely love it🧝🏼‍♂️🧚🏼‍♀️💜

Glu is trying to be smart and force us to pay money by taking away our free videos but it actually makes me pissed at them so I refuse to pay them lol I havent bought anything since they released diamond items in the kloset and i am happy. Until they give every single player 20 videos I will not buy anything

i had the same issue. what helped me was closing all my apps and turning my phone off.

@KalindaKing someone else already posted about this but can you pass on to the team that there’s a glitch with wearing earrings with the new elf ears hair? All earrings hide behind the ears and not in front of the lobe. Thanks!

I think this is not an answer. They have this generic response and send it to everyone who asks about the daily videos.

I caved 😭😭 but i’m kind of happy 😂😂😂 
i opened 3 boxes and got the fairy dress,elf hair that i absolutely love and a black spider purse i dont like that much but it will work for coven sys i guess 😂😂😂 
 i hope i will have up enough to open a few but i dont think there is a big chance of it if i want to save up for the rest of events 😂😂😂😂

Went crazier with game 1 😩🤣 Only I would get 4 hairstyles in one pallet lol. Low-key didn't want the elf ears, but it's cool. The feather is adorable and it dyes.
