I cannot get the game to open again today it keeps crashing. I am on IOS. The only thing that works is to close all my apps and turn my phone off and on again which is a PITA

Thanks for the dye but the next time we get gifted a rare dye, can it be twilight? We only get gifted orange and I'm still waiting to have enough twilight to dye a dress. I'm waiting to use haunted haze because I don't know what to dye that color.

hello I'd like to ask something, im really new here but a player since the game launched so please cope with me. id like to ask how do glow the dark items work, since last year I've never been able to see them light up. I've tried clubs but nothings happens. thanks!

I’m on iOS and my app will not open this morning. It worked once first thing this morning, but the app will not open for me at all.

For those who say they can’t open their app. Try resetting your network if you can and then try again!

@simoon it’s easy to say that if you’re not being effected by it? A lot of people may miss that there is a thread in the support section of this forum, and we are allowed to complain as we are missing out on items, and it’s relevant to this thread because it only happened once the update was released. You could just you know, skip over the posts if you don’t like it.

I used 5 of my haunted haze dyes on this dress. I absolutely love this grey green colour, it’s stunning. I’m hoping we’ll get more somehow!

@HannahKKH I didn’t get them until my 15th something box. To be honest I just kept clicking the seventh square knowing damn well the moment I didn’t click it, they’d be in there🥴

Players started glitching after the update, so they come to the thread of the cause of their problem.  But when players can’t get in, if they post in the wrong thread, well it’s a time to becflexible and sympathetic.  It could be any one of us, but luckily my iOS game opens.  

I wish the magic wand in our game could be waved, and all the problems disappear but till then we just wait for Glu to fix things.  

I guarantee that tech support members are working through Thanksgiving in Canada  today, because they are focused on fixing this.

Did this work for you?  If so it’s fabulous advice.  For those of us not tech savvy, how do you reset your network?

@HannahKKH I opened first only 2 boxes and I got the butterfly aura in my first one!

What dresses do people like the haunted haze dye for? I'm holding off on using what I have so far. Some dresses I already have look okay in it but I might want to see what future dresses look like.

Hi and welcome I have only noticed  the items changing when Inwas in BelAir, which turns dark at your local nightfall.   I could be wrong, but I’ll check tonight.  Hopefully someone has a more precise answer.   the

I’m waiting to use the haunted dyes in case coven or kim’s birthday party call tells us to use it for that theme but NYE gown looks the best in it out of everything in my closet

umm first post here but I was wondering if anyone else is dealing with this in the game? ever since the update the food dish from the diner SYS theme has been weird.
the hand is usually big depending on the nails chosen and it changes colour to the nail colour you’ve chosen as well? just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this.

Yeah they are working on it and trying to get it to normal again

Or MAYBE diamond items (not the kloset ones) will go on sale on BF? I know they don't but they could be changing it so the dolls buy triple threat since it will be a sys during that weekend. Now i'm doubting on spending my diamonds 😧

So I finally went to start the Cassio quest and he didn't describe his dream to me at all... I walked up to him and he said, "What do you think?" and said we should recreate his dream and I am truly so confused. And def not spending Kstars on this man who is not good at communicating.

@thesweetone it doesn’t look like it since there’s no timer on the gig

@thesweetone I reckon the Cassio gig sticks around till next update. But If you have the Monaco casino weekly gig where you have to go to Vegas chateau nuit to talk to the gambler to invite to the casino , Cassio being at Vegas Chateau Nuit will actually block him from appearing. Thus you have to click on the speech bubble get Cassio to leave and go to Paris.

ok sorry for saying that i guess? i just think it makes more sense to read the thread (or a bit of it) to see if anyone elses game glitches too before posting. maybe thats just me but ok nvm

@Katerina I don't have the NYE gown yet and it's going to have to wait since I feel like I've only gotten dresses with diamonds and I want to get one of 3 hairstyles I wanted.
