SYS Event Disappeared

I couldn't log into the game this morning, and Since I probably ended up in top 20 of the TBT Event, I should have gotten money and energy, but the event dissapeared, I think the game has to give the prizes to you in some other way just in case we log in hours later...
It's not fair that I was having phone problems and because of that I couldn't retrieve the prizes this morning but later that day, it doesn't allow you to grab them anymore. This has happened to me for the second time.
