Frozen in appearance & Rank - Dolls not updating in Friends Games?💥

Yes, it happened agsin.I have a doll frozen in appearance and rank to friends. Actually 2. An iOS game, and and Android.  

In Koko my IOS game My doll is dressed like the witch - to the world she appears in the chamoagne beige gown on the right. 

Does anyone see Koko as the witch? Or do you see her in beige?

one Android  - Z is frozen in this on the right.  she was wearing this when the update came.

If hour dolls, or your friends are frozen, can you post about it here?  If it is a problem for others, we can ask Glu for help.
