Sparkler cake availability?

The event encyclopedia has this item for October 18. Why can’t I finally buy it today?

Maybe it might become available in the next update or it might not, I don't think every item becomes available after the update when it’s been a year since the items release, I do not know why though.

It should be available next update. It has to be one year from before the update for it to be available. So rn only items before October 5th 2019 are available, and that’ll stay the same until next update.
