Lost progress and wasted money!

The past two days I have been e-mailing back and forth with customer support because I bought the gold vip subscription but have not been receiving my benifits. At one point I just asked for a refund, so they asked for my receipt. I sent it and instead of just giving me the refund I asked for, they threw out more suggestions to fix the issue. They asked me to sign out of my google account, so I figured maybe I should just uninstall and reinstall the game. Well, HUGE MISTAKE on my part. I reinstalled the game to find that 2 months of progress had been lost. Meaning all of the rewards, clothes, and things I've bought are completely gone. I have lost WELL OVER $200 of rewards and items. This is outrageous. All because I wanted my $50 back for my subscription.
