Realistically they're not going to change the SYS format unless it starts losing money. I assume there is a point when people will realise that paying top dollar for low quality items isn't really worth it

These spoilers are a bit lacklustre for me. Can’t wait to see what else is to come. 

Hope the Christmas boxes return and especially a free box! It’s the least they can do after this shoddy SYS feature but then again, I really shouldn’t expect anything from this game
anymore..

Let the designers have less items to work and the quality would be better. What's the point of getting more items if they're lackluster because the designers are given too much to do?

the white skirt could’ve been drawn and executed soo much better. its so sad to see players’ suggestions come to life in such a poor way that it’s actually such a waste. i’m not excited about much. all i can say is i hope we get a complimentary christmas box. 🙁

I wonder if they will solve the daily gift box video issue with this update. I sometimes get the option to watch the video and sometimes don't and haven't figured out the reason yet

i wish the quality of the spoiler photos were a bit better- I tried zooming in on the yellow eyeshadow eyes to see how it looked and if I liked it because it’s obviously new- and it literally just looks like a yellow blur so no point in hyping myself up-

Kalinda does need to be given some sort of tablet... her spoilers and the actual pixel quality in my game vary by a lot! I’ll literally be disappointed in the quality when they’re posted but in my game it’s less of a disappointment LOL

Quality over quantity. That’s what I want. The majority of recent items have been going downhill slowly but surely for awhile now which is sad to see. It doesn't help that we have the new sys which now pumps out even more items than before. They need to ditch the new sys and overall focus on prioritising the quality of items throughout the game. Not just putting all the attention into diamond kollections and ts items.

I genuinely think there’s some crazy new management in Glu and everything’s been moved around. Now the priorities have changed and there’s no focus on the thing that actually matters - happy players. So strange but hope things begin to improve from this update onwards because the feedback/reaction had clearly been negative 🤷🏽‍♀️ So they need to take it on board

@meritedkkh it would've probably even upped sales since people would buy wayyy more stuff during the sale in order to prepare for the upcoming SYSs. When the sale is over, most people are going to go back to not looking through the kloset, but during the sale they have everyone's attention.
