I finally got the update but I didn’t get Maria’s call, only the call from Kim. I got both calls in my iPad game though. I’ve tried switching locations and swiping out of the game and reopening but nothing. I don’t have anymore storylines so I don’t think that’s the problem🤷🏽‍♀️

Maybe that will be one of the gifts! Last year we got dye a couple times, whatever the newest colors were. Plus stars and items.

So I just took a spin on the diamond kollection because I really wanted Khloe’s white bundle, and after pressing spin, the game lagged, got stuck on the “please wait” screen and then crashed. When I logged back in they had taken the diamonds but I haven’t got anything from the kollection?! 

I’ve just submitted a ticket with support but do they contact you back on the app or through email? Have no idea what to expect with timeframes or if I can keep playing the game, does anyone know?! 😭

In the second pic it says “play” but with no diamond cost, Maybe try clicking play it’ll give you your spin back??

Send them these screenshots through the ticket and they will respond back to u through the ticket.
