I guess this’ll be the third week in a row where I only score below 40. I don’t understand how I go from consistently getting over 50 on every look every single sys event, to this. I’m getting sick of this game😑😑

It's an SYS item. Only weekend event earnables are available

This is kind of random, but not sure where to ask and hoping maybe someone might know...Does anyone know why the white hair might not be appearing in silver boxes in my game?  I’ve seen it in so many other players’ palettes, but never mine.  The reason I ask is that if I’m not that into the SYS prizes a certain week, I’d actually rather try to get a silver box instead for a chance at this hair if I knew it might be in there.  I don’t know why it’s never in my palettes.  I was part of the original trial SYS group where the white hair was a prize, does anyone know if that has something to do with it?

@HazelnutLatte I think it's just a matter of luck. I noticed that certain prizes appear in my palettes more than others but overall it's ramdom I believe. I hope you'll get it eventually!
