Glu can see how we spend our diamonds & that's all they care about. They don't care if a post saying "we hate diamond kollections & kloset items" gets 1000 agrees. They just care about money. Even if they are diamonds earned from SYS & not bought, they can see what those diamonds are used on. Enough people must be spinning diamond kollections for Glu to keep making them.

I've seen unofficial spoilers from the discord for the December update, which included items from this current SYS and items from this upcoming weekend event. So I think there used to be a timing issue as to when they would release new items into the game via update and SYS, but they figured they could plan ahead so we could play the weekday SYS with items from the December update, and the weekend SYS with items from the January update. Idk if I am making any sense though lmao it's late here
Oh I just saw the SYS thread... Don't @ me about my opinion, I'm not interested in a fight, but its ridiculously naive to think a company will make changes when they are making a profit. They don't give a fork about the forum or people's opinions or 1 star reviews, they are profiting which is all that matters. There definitely won't be any change to SYS cus ppl are still buying tickets, and they won't change diamond kollections cus ppl are spinning them. They've seen they can make unpopular changes and players complain, then give in and still give them money. I bet any reports of unhappy forum members is met with a shrug and an attitude of "they'll get over it, they always do". Why would Glu change something that is working for them?Ā

I just going to repeat what everyone else here said but mainly I'm so upset about the tattoos. I have been hoping and praying they'd add more tattoos since I originally started playing this game because I am absolutely covered in them. Finally, I have a way to make my doll look more like me re: my massive amount of tattoos and they're all for diamonds. I am so upset about this I want to cry. Like actually heartbroken.

Exactly, that is why I will down vote those items. It's your diamonds, your decision but it's also my vote my decision. So I don't have to care about what's fair to the players and what's not, that was Gluās problem and they made it clear that they don't care.Ā

Hi, yāall! I completely forgot that itās update week lmaoo. Sucks to come back to the forum just to bash the new update. I noticed that the forum has been a lot quieter, which makes me so sad. I joined the forum at its peak, so I think we can all tell that itās just not the same anymore.Ā
Gluās is absolutely honking dumb. Itās downright hilarious at this point. If they took our suggestions, Iām sure the forum and game would be thriving more than it ever has. Iām honestly so sick of this toxic relationship with Glu. I havenāt been playing as much as often. I havenāt finished a Weekday Event since November. I havenāt been voting much in the voting booth. Sometimes I forget the Weekday SYS. Iām afraid that Iām gonna forget the game soon. It sucks so bad, because thereās so much potential for the game and we all know it.

You could be right, but from previous updates I noticed they always load the first sys of the next update on the previous one. Like we had an sys and a week later we got the newsletter with that sys we had just done over the weekend as the first sys of the new update. Idk if that makes sense. It just seems fishy because itās always been a big deal that we skip an sys the week of the update and all of the sudden the new sys starts and we seamlessly get the update. It doesnāt really matter, just thought it was odd.Ā

Well, not that anybody cares, but thatās it for me. I was trying to look at my TS groupās submissions and one of them said it couldnāt be viewed until I updated. So I came to the forum before updating to read about what was new and my heart sank.
For 2 months, weāve been constantly complaining about the new SYS that is even more unfair that the previous system we were already complaining about. What does Glu do? Keep it exactly the same! Every time a new diamond kollection is introduced, theyāre being criticized because of how many there are, the risks of getting a useless item for such an expensive currency and the fact that there is no way to earn diamonds to spin them. What does Glu do? Introduce one every two weeks! Players got outraged because of the diamond items in the kloset months ago. What does Glu do? Act like they heard us by not adding new ones to finally just add a sh**ton of them, because meeeeeh what did the customers say again?? Given how many times Kalinda has shared our feedback with "the team",Ā they clearly disregard her input as much as they disregard our opinions. What a lovely work environment! I started playing the game in 2019 around April or May, so Iām not an original player but I feel like Iāve been playing for a while still. Enough to have an opinion on the evolution of the game. I had fun for about 6 months, then they introduced Triple Threat and things started to change for the worse. Ever since, I keep staying out of FOMO and I just tell myself theyāll end up fixing things, they have to hear us at some point, just give them a little more time. I waited and waited and waited. Itās obvious they wonāt change.
Iām at the end of my rope here, Iām exhausted. Thereās too much to do with the bi-weekly SYS + events and I havenāt been able to keep up with the forum (I still have about 1.000 unread comments to catch up on in the 11.6 update thread and havenāt even opened several of the latest event/SYS threads because I didnāt have the time). I wasnāt a super active member and I havenāt posted in ages, but I was reading everything. I was busy on January 1st and didnāt realize that the Christmas boxes wouldnāt stay until the end of the VIP event. I had saved 1.000 k-stars for them and I missed them. My own fault, but that wouldnāt have been the case before when I was up-to-date and would have seen the warnings on the forum.
Now, every time I open my game, Iām disappointed. I see kloset items I will never get, I see kollection items I will never get, I see TS items I will never get, I see SYS earnables I will never get. That didnāt use to be the case before. Kloset and kollection items, I couldnāt get right away, but with time and savings, they were atainable. SYS and TS before the change: I always reached the last earnable with my 12th look and ended in TS top 5, so I got one TS item out of the two. TS is pure hell now and for the last 2 SYS, I have been scoring exclusively in the 30s for some reason, so I can no longer reach the last earnable prize either.
Just logged in to tell Glu to go off itself. I'm genuinely so upset and mad about how greedy and absolutely horrendous this is. I'm already rarely playing as it is lmao. Anw I won't be around (much) on the forum so good luck to all y'all š

For 2021, I hope for everyone to stay healthy and for the pandemic to disappear. I also hope for Glu to crash and burn. Given the contempt they show for the people they create content for, maybe they are not in the right line of work.Ā I am not talking about Kalinda, eggsandbananas, the designers or all the "little" people, who are trying their best to do their job. Iām talking about the higher-ups at Glu, the decision makers. These people deserve nothing, and certainly not the faithful (and blindly hopeful) customers KKH has given them.
