I’m not getting my dyes that I’ve earned 😭 pls help!

When I earn any dyes on sys events, or from gift boxes and even dye boxes where I use my diamonds on I’m not acc getting them and they are not showing up on my dye count. This has been happening for about 2 weeks now and idk what to do.
