Can't Transfer FB Progress to Android

I normally play KKH on Facebook, and since support for FB is ending soon, I am trying to transfer my FB progress to my android (Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite). Every time I try, it gives me the same message: "We did not find a game save associated with this account."
I've contacted support three times and they always say they've transferred my progress, but when I open the app and try I still can't access my save.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
