You can send a ticket to TapJoy, ask them what the issue is.TapJoy is separate, and You have to talk to them. Hope it resolves soon.

Is it me or did they used to offer savage x fenty for kstar rewards? Kinda bummed because I was planning to take advantage of making my first purchase through tapjoy during the next double kstars event but I haven’t seen it advertised in a while and it’s still not there now

Idk where to ask this but I have a side game (lvl 23) and I don't have any of the new storylines. I know that the storylines are supposed to appear after lvl 28 but after this week, are the storylines still there or they're time limited?

@KkhElena I would adk Support. You can send an ingame ticket. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access options.  Then tap Help, then tap Options.  Explain the situation and see what they say.  Good luck.

Random rant but now thanks to ha**ers I can’t restore the Fashion Goals in my other game anymore and I’m not going to purchase it two times just because they deactivated the option to restore the special purchases 🗑🤡

Wait a minute, I had a similar issue, on my other side game I had restored special purchases, and I didn’t get my Fashion Goals back, but instead I got the very first Fashion Goals I’ve ever purchased, I didn’t get the 14 I purchased after that, is there anyway you’ll be able to get them back? Maybe contact support and let them know about the issue, maybe even Kalinda?

You cN send an in game ticket. Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options. Then tap Help, then tap Glu Support.   Explain the problem  and submit your ticket.  I'm sorry this happened,  good luck.
