🎆✨v11.8 Update - Here Comes Feb

I deleted my game some weeks ago, and today I decided to take a look here 👀 I’m curious. My question is: how Glu is able to make this game worse and worse every single update? And the worst part is: they’re making mistakes after mistakes, and players are slowly forgetting about the past problems.

• We started asking for 20 k-stars.
• After, they added more diamonds items. Everyone got mad since we can’t win free diamonds (SYS being an exception).
• SYS changed. No one (absolutely no one here) liked.
• Now, they’re adding more and more diamonds items.

Most players are giving up. No one’s asking for k-stars anymore... Glu is making such a mess & players are slowly forgetting about every problem they had in the past! It’s getting ugly! And this company won’t stop ruining KKH. Players need to make a huge move, or simply accept. You can always:

• Delete your game. I believe this is the best way to successfully boycott Glu.

OR, if you’re still unsure about losing all of your progress:

• Protest EVERYWHERE! Forum is dead. Glu is not afraid of players protesting here. Go to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. It doesn’t matter! Just go PUBLIC! It’s crystal clear that Glu doesn’t give a $%&@ about forum complaints.

Don’t be scared of Glu, guys, just don’t. You CAN protest and show how sad/mad/angry you are. Don’t accept censorship! Not here, not anywhere.

And... “Diamond are not replacing k-stars” is just a huge BS. I’m sorry, but it’s true. And I also apologize if I made any mistake while writing, I’m literally awake for two whole days, I’m tired af 😴

Incredible as with each update, this game only gets worse. I don't even want to come to see the event and sys spoilers, much less to play. It was better to have the game finished than to have been renewed for another 3 years when everything that comes in each update is just new items for diamonds and there is no forecast to have more than 6 per week. Not to mention that every time we ask for a new way to get more diamonds or even stop putting more items in it. The glu has no good communication with its customers they only do what they think is best for them and the end.

@KalindaKing once again asking why on earth we don’t have any other ways to get diamonds??? Last update thread went off the rails because of this same exact issue.

Every update we get more ways to spend diamonds, more clothes that are unattainable, and more passive aggressive responses from you. Friendly reminder to anyone who forgot that we were basically told “iF yOu DoNt liKe iT DoNt BuY iT” in the last update thread. 

This game is *pathetic* and I genuinely think that it’s been intentionally run into the ground because it’s on its way out and y’all are trying to get every penny you can out of it before it’s over.

Also not to be rude, and while Kalinda and Koko are both messengers in some ways, they have shown in the past couple of months that they are not effective moderators, they also have roles to play that they should be held accountable for. Both have made some pretty uncool comments on the forum and in user’s DMs.

I’m genuinely convinced that whoever is running Glu making these god awful diamond decisions is trying to sabotage their own business.

This is now a gambling game. Does Kim know her name is literally tagged to a betting app?! Lol. A game is supposed to be fun. This is stressful! 

The standards in design and customer service have really gone down the toilet lately.

Sorry but when we are speaking up about the mess ups and saying that diamonds are replacing kstars only for Kalinda to come and say they aren't and that we can continue buying stuff with kstars, then I will go against her. We aren't dumb and it's disrespectful to treat us as if we don't understand what they're trying to do.

Is this dress really just a repurpose of the above gown we’ve had for ages. I feel like all of the design creativity has gone into the diamond collections. Even the TS items are starting to look drab.

@YoMomma the dress is HORRIBLE.... they stole the bottom of that dress and slapped the top on it. Everything on that doll is scary 🤣

I want to understand how a diamond for 5 or 10 colors will now be 5 diamonds for a stupid box, on top of an event that is worth 5 diamonds and they still do not give us more diamonds, they have not done more to earn diamonds but it is better to put more diamond things on top of those 5 diamonds will give us 3 or 2 more diamonds kollection this is a total robbery on top of the SYS they have not fixed it is still rubbish, this is going from bad to worse.

I'm so tired of this game and for whatever reason, I won't delete it. 
I'm tired of the overload of diamond ideas. No one asked for this!
I'm tired of dreading a new update. Before everything got mixed up, I looked forward to updates. Now, I just dread them. 
Most of all, I hate how they're taken the fun out of the game. 🙄

I wasn’t trying to be rude, but as a volunteer advisor in health care, the communication and transparency isn’t here and we have asked for months for at least a little bit of transparency. And also, not necessarily the moderators are at fault, but I do think there are Glu staff who watch the forum. I think there has to be, this is a huge company who wants a community to help them with ideas, designs, and overall want ideas to make money. “Moderator” may not be the right word, but then who else do we talk to for communication? And why isn’t our feedback getting through? The moderators are pretty cool here, it’s the moderators/employees/Glu who are higher up who I’m going after (who may not make themselves known). We just may not know what position they’re in. Sorry if this isn’t clear, sending good vibes

thank you for the first part and the box would be good if there were no dyes or tickets. PLEASE GIVE US A WAY TO EARN DIAMONDS. it doesn’t even make sense anymore. it’s so ridiculous at this point.

In my advisory group, we try extremely hard to put emphasis on follow through and my point is that Glu nor the moderators have followed through on any of the feedback we’ve provided. And the transparency as to why, isn’t there. If this makes sense.

Imo I dont think there's anything controversial about saying that communication is awful and customer service is awful

99% chance of getting dye
0.09% chance of getting clothes
0.01% chance of getting diamonds

I think the new Showfu**ng Style giftbox outfit is the worst I’ve seen in the game... omg how could they design something like this... oh and the hair 🤮
