restore special purchases - not all purchases appear

I have a problem with the "restore special purchases". I've restartet my game and there's a problem. I bought some fashion goals but not all purchases appear on my new mobile phone, despite pressing the RESTORE button several times.

What can be the problem?

My old phone still works, but the new one doesn't show me all my purchases.

hi and welcome. I’m sorry you’re having this issue. Send an ingame ticket to Support.  Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options then tap Help, then tap GluSupport.  Explain the situation and includeyour receipt.  Good luck with the events this weekend.
