I do not receive any diamonds anymore from show your style events

Goodmorning from Holland!
I am a KKW Hollywood player for a couple years now. I never had any problems untill 3 months ago. I got a new phone and i logged in with my Samsung play account. My KWW was back but since then i do not receive any diamonds or colors from the events. I have e-mailed glu a couple times and they asked me to send screenshots. I also did this a couple of times and they will give me the diamonds but this is not a solution to the problem. I really like to see that this problem is solved because i like to play the game but i think i missed like 40 diamonds since 3 months ago.
I hope you guys can help me with this.
