The airport receptionist

Don't you think that we should get a storyline praising the airport receptionist? I mean, since the beginning that she is always there, saying "Enjoy your flight". Even though it's her job, she cares about us, so we should also care about her? I think she should be honored with something 😃 What do you all think?
