Tickets not coming through/trouble with help people

Hi I’m sorry I didn’t know where to post this but twice I’ve purchased 12 tickets and not received them until I spend ages talking to help but this time I proved my purchases did everything they asked and the guy sent me 3 tickets!?!?! I’m so mad I don’t know what to do. I’m guessing coz the pack is called  ticket pack 3 coz there is 3 types of packs, the 1 ticket, the 6 and the 12. So I’ve been ripped off 9 tickets!!! Please help I don’t know what to do. I have receipts. I wanted the tickets coz there are things in this SYS that I really wanted but I’ve got like 30 mins left so I’m most likely not going to score high
