New Items For All Players

It seems like there are super cute new items for only a select new players. Not 100% on this but i think we deserve some clarification! @KalindaKing Why don’t we all get these items? It’s upsetting to people like me who have spent months-years playing. It seems just like the starlet kollection.

I saw that too and someone said the person had a new account and got these? Is this like the startlet collection all over again?? Why can't everyone just get the same items I don't get it. If this some A/B testing thing AGAIN after they saw it failed the first 4938 times then I'm gonna throw hands

Can you guys please clarify this? It's really unfair that these cute items are only available for new players and not ones that have been playing for a while.
If new players can get access to old items, why can't old players get access to new stuff? It's completely unfair. Please, someone explain. Will we at least eventually get these items??

Was it a limited time thing? Or am I just too old for it? I joined in March. 🥺

They said it was “to introduce and explain kollections to new players” but lmao insert Elle Woods “what? Like it’s hard?”, because you only have to tap spin 🥴 they should have given it to everyone at the same time…

Sooo, we don’t get really cute items because we have been playing for longer, been dedicated players and invested more time in this game? Wow, talk about rewarding

Wow, that doesn't make any sense we don't get that too.. I hope they include it with the next update

If this is true and only new players get these items then it’s truly disgraceful behaviour on Glu’s part. 

I’ve been playing since the start and I’ve never been rewarded for my loyalty to this game. @KalindaKing clarification is needed !!!

Not a great decision to only give some players items. And I still want the heart glasses and the hair from the Starlet kollection. Feels great to be excluded.

Wow this really sucks. I mean, really, why would you treat your players like this? Do you want us to stop spending our money on your game? I’d like to hope that these items will be given to all players but given that the Starlet Kollection has as yet not been offered to everyone, I’m not optimistic.

This seems pretty unfair. Do the clothes disappear after you reach a certain level, I wonder? l didn't get any of this stuff when I first started and it was very hard to compete, so I get that these clothes give new players a leg up but... I guess I just got the worst of both worlds?

It just makes me think, we're all here downloading the latest update to find that we got nothing new in the kloset again, but it turns out that the exclamation points we all saw WERE actually for new items... we just didn't get them. So are we never getting any new kloset items again, are any new kloset items just going to be for new players?

Considering how the past few updates have given us literally NO new kloset items except a single necklace each time, giving everyone these seems like the bare minimum of what Glu could do…
