Okay. I don't want to be any harsher than necessary, but I just feel like there are some things I want to say but have kept quiet till now out of just patience. But I've had it with their shady schemes.
The fact that Glu CONSTANTLY disrespects us is really, really uncalled for. It practically treats its free players as total SH*T, so no surprise there. But paying players too?
So with the game crashing 2 days ago, I lost a good bunch of things, like everyone else. I'm still in the tier I'm supposed to be, but the fact that gold players are reduced to bronze is really, really messed up. Now there would be nothing wrong with it if Glu can FIX it like we all know they can. But what they're doing is fixing things for SOME players and giving their classic excuse of "can't do anything, but open a new ticket if you need anything else" for others. That's completely unfair to everyone, not to mention extremely disgusting.
Now I usually never blame app developers for bugs because they're humans too. As someone who loves coding and programming and really wants to do her best when designing apps, it's pretty normal to encounter bugs and I don't ever get angry if I'm a victim of some bug by some game. BUT what I DO get ticked at is when the devs don't even acknowledge it and spin the narrative as if it's MY fault that their game is crashing in the first place. I sent a support ticket yesterday because I didn't receive XYZ in my closet, and I cited the game crashing for that. They instead said that since the crashing was from MY end and because it was a result of MY doing, they can't do sh*t about it. They even told me to CHECK my internet connection and storage, which my goodness. Did they forget about their maintenance issues or what? I mean what the hell? What the HELL is that?! They pretty much implied that it was MY damn fault that I lost on what I did. And this has happened to some of my friends, my squad girls, and even to many others. Like what the actual heck?
I mean I've never been so blatantly disappointed or disgusted with any "customer service" before. Ever. I'm a pretty patient person, and it takes me a whole lot to make me genuinely angry, but I've had it with their so-called "service". They all need a crash course on customer satisfaction and knowing how to listen to their customers. Seriously.
And the funniest, funniest thing of all is even many players complain about this whole thing. But they're still, STILL spending money and STILL encouraging this loot. I mean this is just my personal, personal opinion, but if you're complaining about something but still paying for it, I think that's just hypocrisy at this point. Hypocrites. Just complete hypocrites. The fact that they pay and complain, even after all this, is what's laughable to me. I have nothing against paying players in general (except maybe the obsessive ticket buyer lot) and especially nothing against Koko or Kalinda, or anyone in particular. But the hypocrisy for me still stands. I don't like being on this forum or talking much here as is, and I'm only here because I'm completely vexed with the game this company works.
And this ISN'T about me being salty over losing a dress. I don't even remember what I was asking them for at this point. This is just about me and a whole ton of others being lied to, being disrespected, and just being downright ignored. Bugs happen all the time, mistakes happen, and that's fine as long as you DO something about it. But they clearly never do. They either tell you to check your bandwidth or blame your device storage. They blame you, you, YOU. You're the problem here. Every. Single. Time. And this has happened to EVERY. SINGLE. TICKET I submitted so far. My device has 100s of GB in it, I use amazing internet, and I still get blamed. Once or twice, I can understand. But every single time?? That really says a lot about Glu's inefficiency and also their scamming. There's nothing wrong with making money, but it's SICK to make money out of players' anger and not satisfaction. Disgusting. Just disgusting. I'm sorry to say that, but I 100% stand by it.
I think everyone should just stop buying or making any purchases until they fix their ethics and schemes. Yes, you'll lose out on gorgeous diamond boxes or SYS items, but it'll only be temporarily. And besides, everything's rigged anyway. I mean it's our fault that our diamond boxes contain 8/8 dyes. It's our fault that we ALWAYS pick the one box with dyes. It's either our fault or our defective device's fault, according to them. Encouraging this behavior will only...encourage it. They're not to wake up and reflect; they're going to keep scamming, as long as they're getting the money for it.
Example of scamming: One of my friends spent like 60 diamonds, I think, to get all the diamond box items. And she got them. But after the crashing was resolved, everything except the dress or something was in her closet. She provided the screenshots of getting everything in the boxes, and you know what they did? They offered her a very generous "one-time" courtesy and gave her 5 diamonds. Thanks a ton for that. I think my friend was in ecstasy that she lost 60 diamonds and her closet just to get 5 diamonds in return. Can't imagine how thrilled she must've been.
K. I think I've said my piece. Sorry about the rant, sorry about the long post. Apologize if I hurt anyone's sentiments, but all these are just my personal feelings from my experience with this game and company. I didn't type all this to spread hate, but just to show how a once-loyal player is now a disappointed and disgusted one.

I too feel the same way and I too have been part of the problem because I’ve spent a lot of money on this game even as they continue to treat us bad and take no responsibility for all the rigged stuff that goes on in this game. I wrote something lengthy yesterday complaining and it got removed. I was so uneasy yesterday to see that some people where still excited about the Halloween boxes, VIP and Kim’s bday and looking forward to this as this mess was happening with the game. What is it going to take? Like you said mistakes happen, bugs happen but they don’t own it and they don’t compensate us and everything is our fault. It won’t change unless we change.

If they really, really, really cared about what we feel/felt, then they wouldn't have introduced a random September TB sale out of nowhere. Without any indication or warning or planning in advance, they revealed it like 2 days before, like that's supposed to be something to excited about. That's what I don't understand. Free players get 300 videos a month and maybe 100-200 from offers. And there are some players who don't even get that. So, introducing a weekly quest outfit every week, releasing 2 kollections every month, AND having the VIP on top of it every month...does Glu even understand how overwhelming this could all be?
Guys, be honest. How many of you are really buying the quest outfits on the fly instead of saving it along with the dozen other outfits that you need to buy? Me for one. I literally have a dozen outfits to buy, meaning a dozen quests that are halted just because of this.
And Glu, answer this for me: WHY is it that the September TB items weren't introduced in Black Friday instead??? Wouldn't that be more practical, considering how the last 7 or something years had the same outfits??

I didn’t know if I should post this here but here goes. My scores have been in the 30’s maybe low 40’s for the past few SYS’s. I think that last time I got high 40’s and 50’s was about 4-5 weeks ago. I honestly don’t believe the votes are real so with that being said why do I keep getting the same votes? I’ve brought this to customer support and they said nothing is wrong even when i showed them that I kept getting the same scores back to back. I usually put my own looks together but since scoring so terribly I sometimes copy a dolls look to see if it will change my look. Now, I just copied a dolls look that got high 50’s and I got a 40 for that same look. I’ve done that a few times throughout SYS’s and the same thing happens. How am I suppose to get excited about these SYS’s when I know that no matter what I submit my scores are going to come back poor. Another thing is that I noticed that the dolls in my TS group are all coming back in the same score range as I am. Isn’t that odd? I use to get excited about the diamond boxes but even owning those items I still get poor scores. There’s so many shady things going on with this game. I stay because I’ve invested so much in my closet but don’t know how much longer I can stay. It’s just so disheartening that with the money people put into this game they don’t care about us. I guess I added this here because I wish that with their updates they would actually do right by us. Everything now is about money, money, money. I’ve purchased diamond packs in the past with more than enough diamonds to get all 4 items in the diamond boxes but of course not because of the amount of dyes they keep putting in those boxes. I just didn't say anything about it because I thought I'd sound like a sore loser or something, but I'm surprised at how many of my friends said the same thing. Apart from the beginning of this sys and the weekend ones, Ive also been scoring pretty low in the sys events. In the last few tb sys events. I've been scoring mid to low thirties and in one of them, I submitted a joke look that scored equally as high as my other looks so I agree with what you're saying.

Glu loves to be greedy af at times, which is why I don’t spend money on the game or ever will, (unless I was rich lmao) but yeah. Why would I spend money on a game, when the company doesn’t even listen to the ideas we’re giving them? They’re running out of ideas, and we’re giving them some, but they don’t listen. They do at times but like on their own terms. Tbh I was surprised when they added diamonds to the ts prizes because it was an idea that I had said, don’t know if they had seen it or not, might have been a coincidence, but it was cool until we found out that it was only for gold, which is unfair. And then, on top of that, the customer service is sh*t at times. The game glitches so badly, EVERYDAY. Not once in a while. And things going missing and they have the nerve to say that it’s our WiFi or connection. No, it’s the game glitching like crazy. And they’re not even being fair to the free players. I’m a free player, and I have to save up for WEEKS, and they keep on adding more and more kstar or diamonds items, but yet can’t even add a diamond business or lower the prices of the weekly storyline quests outfits. It’s honestly so unfair and frustrating. And Black Friday is literally 2 months away, but they want to add more and more items that are only kstars and diamonds, when there’s BARELY any kash items. Houses are the only things available for kash. We give them ideas on the forum and they don’t even give them a glance. Glu needs to stop the bs and get their sh*t together honestly because I don’t remember the game being this unfair before and I’ve been playing since 2015. 😐
