honestly i've seen comments from people not able to collect their rewards because by now the event is gone for them. This glitch/crash was something happened (at least for me) around 1 am and I feel like me, many others went to bed and are probably getting up now to seeing that they are not able to collect or anything and now are also missing diamonds too for example. Idk when the game was responsive again but not many people are just going to be up early 4/5/6 am to check on the game

@kokokokonut or @KalindaKing I'm also missing my extra tickets. Should I submit this SYS or wait until it is resolved? 

I've been trying to hoard all of my resources for Halloween and now I'm just sad

I lost my 10 tickets I had stacked then when I collected my diamond from SYS my 2 diamonds disappeared and my amount went down to 1. 🙁 I play on IOS.

I had over 30 tickets saved (I buy the triple threat every week and try to save them for prizes I really want) and they are all gone! I also can’t submit anything because it says I have zero tickets with a 0:00 countdown

My tickets aren’t there. And yes my WiFi connection is strong( no problem in that).

First of all my diamonds are gone . 

Secondly my dyes gone.
And now this 😑😑.

Having the exact same problem. Also had 33 tickets stacked. 🙈 And lost my 98 diamonds. I play on Android.

I didn't look at my diamond section of the page before but I just noticed I don't have my diamonds either. And if people are missing their dyes, I probably am too.

I also lost all my diamonds I was saving up for and all my dyes. I was about to be a rank c plus and now I'm all the way down to d plus. I lost my perfect streak of one of the achievements hottie streak 9 at 87% -_-. This is unfair. There should at least be a "sorry for the inconvenience here is some diamonds and k stars

Ok it’s definitely something Glu’s end and nothing to do with our WiFi or accounts as the three things missing (dyes, diamonds and tickets) are things that can’t be hacked and are stored on Glu’s server. It’s so frustrating as I’m missing everything I’ve been saving but I don’t have a lot of screenshots to prove what I had 😩

besides losing my diamonds, i can’t leave this page. it says my network isn’t working but it is. i try force closing the app but when i come back i’m in the same page 🥲

First I couldn't log in and lost out on my meme appearance. (luckily I was able to collect my prizes before it went haywire last night) Now when I try to enter the throwback SYS it's saying that items I'm wearing are locked... Even though I haven't entered yet.

I was able to send ticket to customer support with ss of my missing diamond and dyes. Now I can’t get back into my game to even start the TB sys.

My game didn't work in the morning, then started but my diamonds were gone. I send a ticket to support with no answer whatsoever for more than 5 hours and now my game won't start again. I'm on Android

I could open my game earlier today, I submitted my first sys ticket and I had the score in like 5 mins, I had no ts tho and I couldn’t submit any more looks bc it said I had connection issues. Now I can’t open my game at all 🙄
