Past updates

I have a question. I started playing a few months ago, will the storylines of the past months be available to me? I have almost no tasks right now (one after completing the previous one) But after completing one task, Sky opened up to me in Hollywood and other storylines followed (I checked the game updates in the app store and these were January-February updates (I got Maya, Simon's show, a wedding in Vegas, help Simon's daughter, and more). I was a little confused, because after completing these tasks, there was silence again. Is there a chance that the past tasks will become available to me or is that all?

I‘ve my game for a few months now and the same thing happened on my game too. I got a few old storylines
