I don’t always post my opinion bc i usually find that other dolls have already posted it for me, but i am so disappointed with this update. While I think SYS: Duets isnt a bad idea, and I know some dolls are having fun with it (I had fun the first couple of looks) I quickly got burnt out. I’ve stopped participating in TB SYS, and between work and missing tickets, I just dont have the time or energy to dress 2 dolls every 6 hours/ 4 dolls every 12. Frankly, I just dont care enough. I’m not happy about the diamond boxes. I liked that they returned with TB events that had them (Night at the Cabaret) and looked forward to a repeat of Greek Goddess so I could try for the bow again! However, 15 diamonds is just too many. There are items I specifically bought diamonds for, and items I decided werent worth chasing. I dont want to spend 60 diamonds on items I had avoided purposefully in the past. I submitted 8 looks for the SYS and gave up. I didnt open any diamond boxes. I’m tired, honestly. I know a lot of dolls are. We’re frustrated of not being heard, and every change somehow feels like a negative. But it hurts whenever I see Kalinda’s name dragged- I dont know her exact title, but I can bet it’s not just ‘KKH Forum Monitor.’ Sis has other things going on in her job! Kalinda herself, is not the app, and is not Glu. She tells us what she is allowed to. This is her job, this is how she makes her living. So let’s NOT send nasty messages, as most of us are adults here, and as adults understand that employees are not their company. So thank you Kalinda, for clarifying what you can, and sharing what you’re allowed to. I know it can’t be easy wading through comments of disgruntled customers, so while I think criticism and feedback is important as the forum is the main voice of the game’s fanbase, i also think it is incredibly important to respect Kalinda, as an employee trying her best with difficult tasks.

With the introduction of Show Your Style Duets, there will be more
ties that occur because your overall scores are lower with the hearts system.
Changes to ties will affect all SYS events going forward. Here’s how it works:
If you and another player in your Trendsetters group have the same
total score, then you are both eligible to collect the same prizes and change
your Style Level accordingly. For example, if you and another player are tied
for 2nd place, then both of you can collect the 2nd place prizes and move to
the higher Style Level. If you are tied at a lower rank, then both of you would
move to the lower Style Level.
If 2 players have a tied score, they’ll share a rank on the
leaderboard. The next player with a unique score will get a new rank based on
how many players are placed above them. For example, if 3 players tie for 2nd
place, then the next player with a unique score would be in 5th place
because there is the 1st place player and then 3 players in 2nd
place.

I've seen that hackers actually contact Glu's support and get all the help they need (missing diamonds, tickets etc) without anything happening to their accounts. So it seems they either don't bother checking players accounts or they just don't care about the issue.
Still in the wrong tier by the way, but Customer Care keeps insisting they fixed it and placed me in the correct tier as soon as I submit my next looks… which was 5 looks ago…

"You win when you quit", is a saying in a lot of mobile games like KKH, where there is no end point (as opposed to Xbox/PS games that have a storyline you finish). You win some prizes that are cute or unique for a bit & it's fun sometimes & other times stressful but that's part of the competition element. But you really don't win anything. You can't hold anything in your hands. We give our time, energy, ideas, suggestions, inspiration, sleep, & LOTS of money to this game. In return we get ignored & used by rich people while we make them richer, & a lot of the time we aren't even having fun. It's a toxic 1 way relationship. This game won't get better before it gets worse. I know the FOMO is hard. But the quality of everything has dropped because of all the extra items. Can anyone really remember what the clothes were 1 or 2 months ago, without looking at pics? I still win a decent amount of TS prizes & I forget them.
I have 2 games, 130 squad boxes, 17 tickets, 90 diamonds, 3000+ kstars. Some paid for, others earnt, none of it matters. I'm quitting. This isn't fun. Glu clearly believes there's no such thing as bad publicity. Quitting is the only thing I can do to actually effect the game. It's damn hard, my doll is cute & her girlfriend is beautiful & I was really excited for Black Friday. I probably will relapse & end up playing again. So if you see me in game please remind me that KKH is a joyless vacuum & there are endless games that are 100x better. I'm finally going to win.
I encourage others to do the same, or at least give your money to Instagram instead of Glu (you know what I mean).

Does anyone know how I can unlock the second prize/suit without having to buy any tickets? Or just any tips on how to get two 5 heart looks in a row?
I’m currently at 41 total hearts, and not willing to give my money to a greedy company just to buy more tickets.
I’m also going into my 13th total look and will only have one more ticket around 3pm for my 14th look.
My 12th look did well and got 4 hearts, I’m just worried that I won’t earn enough hearts to get the second prize with my 13th and 14th look 😅
I wanted to do something completely different for this event first like 2 characters from movies/tv shows but that only gave me 2/3 hearts so I decided to go for red carpet looks and been getting 4.5/5
