I don't think anyone's personally attacking Kalinda. Or maybe I missed something.

Either way, it is a fact that she replies to only the questions that she wants and only the ones that don't matter a single bit. 
How come when we talk about unfairness that isn't talked about? She's not answering questions regarding glitches or the money hungry schemes, and she's only choosing to answer about what "should" be in the diamond boxes and not even what's actually in it. That leaves a lot of ambiguity and vagueness. I'm sure it's maybe Glu that tells her to shut up, but honestly, I don't think any of these are personal attacks. We're all upset, rightfully so, and I think people are expressing that instead.

If Glu doesn't respect its players, it's hypocritical of them to expect respect in return. I just can't understand why it's so hard to respect players. 
Wow. I've only been playing for like 2 days now (aka mindlessly waiting for the useless customer service to answer me), but at this point, I don't know if I should even bother. I just never, ever met a company like this, where customers are treated like total crap. Wow. I'm just appalled every day.

Maybe one of us should go and invent an alternate game like KKH.

Edit: not speaking about/to Kalinda. I'll rolling my eyes at Glu instead or whoever it is that makes these decisions.

I feel bad for Kalinda actually, always having to be the messenger of bad news. Like you can just feel the awkwardness in her exclamation points. I think she knows we are unhappy. But what can she do about it? Seems like she has very little influence over the devs.

I can't get over the 15 diamonds. You're not even guaranteed to get all items, we don't know what tb items will be included, and they took away tickets..which I liked getting since I don't have extra money to waste on this game. 

People, myself included, are struggling to put food on the table every evening. Struggling to buy birthday gifts for their kids..., something I am going through personally. People have lost jobs and are unemployed, can't pay their bills. People are truly having a rough time and many play games to escape the everyday stress they go through.

So what does Glu do while people are struggling? Make it impossible for free players to get items. They've made it to where the players who spend money will spend even more. The greediness is beyond disgusting. This just made me want to quit even more. It's stressful and aggravating. I'm going through a lot rn and this just made me even more disappointed. This game is..no..WAS... my escape from everything. Glu...you're disgusting for this! ☹️😔😔😭

i don’t think people are attacking kalinda, i think folks are just frustrated. i used to moderate a large forum on behalf of a company, similar to kalinda, and would get similar comments all the time. the only difference it seems is that i was given permission to say things like “we hear you” or “that’s a good question, let me look into that” rather than not responding so users didn’t feel completely ignored. i think we’re all aware there are plenty of things that kalinda can’t say and are also obviously out of her control but it’s a shame glu doesn’t allow her to speak a little more freely so it didn’t feel like our voices weren’t being heard.

Kalinda isn’t Glu. Kalinda works FOR glu. And they surely are not about to let her come in here and even hint at negativity towards them. Kalinda responds to only those things because I’m certain that’s all she’s allowed to respond to. I don’t understand why people act like she has any free will or authority and attack her for her presence here. She is a paid employee. She is doing what she is allowed. It’s just like attacking any front line employee for things going on higher up in the back. They have no control. They may be unhappy and agree with you. But a paycheck is a paycheck and they’re doing their job. That doesn’t mean they deserve to be attacked. And I know people don’t think she’s being attacked but I have to say she has been mentioned directly and negatively countless times this week alone, it has to take a toll. I hate everything about this update. All of it. But I’ve never felt the need to demand kalinda answer for it.

I’m a player that spends money on this game but I will not be opening boxes for 15 diamonds. I am one of those people that have complained multiple times to Kalinda directly and customer support about the dyes in the boxes and how greedy it is of them to charge us 5 diamonds for dye. I’m so glad that they interpreted that as hey let’s remove the dye and charge them more. I’m so done with these boxes. The decent thing to do is remove the dye and add clothing item and stars but they are not a decent company. I hope this truly backfires on them because they are out of control. They have progressively become worse and callous of their players. My wallet is happy so thank you Glu!

Really glad I don’t feel any pressure to buy TT this weekend! It’s usually a weekly purchase for me, but with these mediocre TS and earnables and the fact that I would still lose 10 of my saved diamonds with even one try at the diamond boxes, I don’t see why I should bother 😌

Before, I would regularly open diamond boxes because for 5 diamonds, I could get one of the items. If I liked all the items, I might open boxes until I got all of them. If I didn’t like all the items, I might open a box or two because I could get TB SYS items. If you think I will be opening boxes at 15 diamonds a pop, that’s a joke. I am not guaranteed to get any item I want, and am forking over quite a bit of a very costly currency. 

GLU, it is your choice to take away incentives for us to spend actual money on the game, and every change you make, is doing just that.

Agree with everything that's been said. I honestly was the worst at saving diamonds so every week I would open 1 diamond box (since we get around 6 per week) and test my luck. Now I'll have to play for 2.5 weeks just to open one box?? And for possibly OLD items? no ty.

This all helps nothing.The odds are still the same. 

You'll still have to open 10+ boxes to get the full outfit and thats a big IF (I've opened more than that to get just 1 item). And I bet the 4 items will still not be in all pallets as always. 

The only difference is that now instead of dye and tickets(which was the only good thing about the boxes) you'll probably get a bunch of ugly shoes and earrings or outfits that you don't want and pay (if you're crazy enough, sorry to say) 15 diamonds for each box in the process. 

Plus, you're making people not want to buy diamonds. It's completely different to buy 40 diamonds and open 8 boxes from buying 40 to open only 2.

All we asked for was for the ods to change. The dyes didn't make any sense since 10 dyes cost 1 diamond. And some palets were 7/8 dyes. You could have replaced them even with 10kstars and that would be better. The items that are advertised are not even in all boxes.
Glu fixed absolutely nothing that was wrong and just caused more problems by making the box triple the old price knowing that it takes a month to get that amount of diamonds in the game. 

If you're gonna do that just kill the diamond boxes and bring back diamond kollections. At least we can see what we're possibly getting. 

I'll still play this without spending any money, but if things don't change I'll be leaving soon.

The amount of money you are expecting us to spend long term to get full outfits with no ways to earn diamonds. It would be cheaper to go out buy an iPhone and pay for a hack to get them lol

Honestly I don't love the prizes and TS is super unpredictable (especially now that we go into this almost completely blind)... Still debating whether to participate or not, although leaning towards not.
