Was it at the Britannia? If you had that gig, and finish it when you leave Simon will call you.  If that doesn’t;t happen, fully shut down and reopen the open.  If that still doesn’t get it for you, send a ticket to Customer Care.  It’s a piece of pie. 

Oh, there was a minor update with a fix a few days back.  Make sure you updated.  Good luck and. Happy Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Omg I somehow managed to get the eyes and the dress.. wanted the bow but I already spent a lot chasing ..not proud but I love it

Pretty happy with what I got. Just wanted a couple things to refresh my doll's look and have handy in the kloset for things I knew I'd need or use in SYS. I only had 520 kstars to play with, as I've not long had a baby and play pretty sparingly. I've got just under 100 stars left which I'll save now and keep any extra I get to hopefully be able to open some of the Dec/Christmas boxes.

I use handhelds alot so made sure to grab these



Hair (love the one throwback hair I got with the white flowers and have already used it in the black and white SYS)


Clothes/accessory (nothing I really wanted that's super fancy just some good basics and this bag looks amazing dyed so I grabbed that. I already have tons of gowns so wanted to focus on other clothes that could be useful)


Then I've purchased three new hair/brow colours, a nail colour and the last two lip colours in these pics 


I got the eyes in my VIP box and am thrilled as that's all I wanted from them

I was super lucky with my chase ! 🥳 I just wanted the bow and I picked the the eyes first and then the bow. I’m glad I didn’t have to spend loads to get it because I didn’t save that much compared to previous years.

For this VIP I decided to open 6 November boxes which would be 330 stars. I like the selection of items for this month and my palette was also great!



Got the two dresses I wanted, some cute accessories and a hair that goes great with casual looks. 

Also opened a GB and got the only thing I wanted! 🤍



Very happy with everything, now back to saving! There are a couple of things I want from the Christmas boxes, but my main focus will be storyline outfits

I really wanted the eyes or the bow. In my free box I got the hair. Tried again got the dress. Tried a 3rd time and got the bow. I decided to try one more time to get the eyes. I don’t think I have ever been this lucky! 


Edit: dress and hair were switched. I always pick the top right box first. 😂
