Has anyone had any luck reporting a hacker in your TS group to customer support over the weekend? Will they remove them from the group or just give some BS answer?
My scores after the update and before 😠😠😠😠 all my 4 looks before the update got 50 votes and after the update I got 28, seriously?????😠😡😡😡😡 Lost all my interest in this competition
@AnyaArcher mine has done this the past couple of days but then it seems to fix itself at night. Very weird, I don't think it'll impact us collecting earnables though ☺️

I actually reached out to customer service because of this, thinking someone in my group was a hacker and they came back saying that the dress is reachable after 225 votes, but in my game it’s the last earnable. How is this fair?!? Briannakkh said:

@KalindaKing Hi, some people earned the gold dress before the update and obviously didn’t work as hard to get it like the rest of us who updated and have to wait till the end. Will we be compensated?
Started a few hours ago and my TS group looks like this... How nice. Besides I only wanted the earnable dress but they switched it around in the update so that's a scam...
I'm going to have to forget about earning the last earnable. I didn't have functioning internet for more than a minute at a time for more than 24 hours. I just got it back after a new router was installed. I also noticed I have new shoes I don't even know the origin of so I'm confused.
