I just got diamonds from the last 2 but I never get amounts like 4,6, 8 or 10 at once. It's just 1 or 2 diamonds. I'm still waiting to pick one of the items I want. The most recent box didn't have any male items but most of the tiles were Kstars when there are more female items that could have been in those spaces.
