storyline issue help!

i just finished a storyline with the characters elma, wolfram, etc where at the end i’m told to contact sandra to purchase a gallery. unfortunately i don’t have screenshots of the actual storyline. my question is where do i go to meet sandra and buy this gallery? sandra hasn’t called me neither has anyone really. i’m at level 43 if that helps! hoping someone can understand which storyline i’m talking about🧎🏻‍♀️
