My most wanted items were the hair, the crown and the sweater from the summer SYS. So when I opened my palette and saw dyes, the dress and the handheld not gonna lie, I was lowkey disappointed. But when I opened to collect the prizes I realized that I actually picked the best options so I'm thankful for the prizes! 💞

Everything is so beautiful and I love the detailing 💓✨

so I contacted support about the tickets in my DB saying “owned” and never getting tickets in any of my palettes (which I have seen other dolls post about this issue recently) and this was their response. they also closed my ticket 🙄

so I am curious,

AGREE if you have gotten tickets from the DB before and still receive tickets in your palettes

LIKE if you have gotten tickets from the DB before but they now say “owned” and do not show up in any of your palettes

If I can break 50..that would be a miracle. My highest score is 49. I have submitted looks that are “on theme” and comparable to looks shared here that are getting 50+. Kind of frustrating putting time and effort into looks that are well thought out, just to keep getting ~37 points. 😔
