@KalindaKing can you please confirm whether or not the tickets in diamond boxes are like dye, as in there is no limit to how many times you can win them out of the boxes
I posted about this in last weekend’s SYS thread and I messaged support but all they said was that they would “look into it”. They clearly didn’t as my tickets still say “owned”.
Popping in because I saw your comments in previous event threads that sometimes you start with only one ticket. I asked our customer care team about this and it seems like this happens to a few people in every event, but it's not widespread. Please continue to contact customer care if that happens to you!
It is very very annoying having to contact support every other event( or all for some) asking for a ticket back and getting ignored until after a day or several hours. I dnt want to be talking to support. I dont play this game to be messaging them and getting blamed for it. Tell them to fix that, no one has the time pls
I started late and got 5 hearts in my first two looks so I was feeling positive, but this morning I didn’t have much time so for my third ticket I simply repeated the previous look….. well, I obviously chose the wrong color (I didn’t have enough red dye for all items) and I was rewarded with zero heats, yes I scored ZERO!
Learned my lesson: I will only submit red gowns till the end of this SYS.

If it helps, I picked 1 ticket last week and yesterday I had a tile with 1 ticket again in my db. So it should be unlimited intheory, I think
I don't know who said this theme wasn't about wearing red clothes from head to toe, but seemingly red clothing scores so much better than any other color.

@kokokokonut I have the notification for the storyline outfit like other dolls but there’s nothing there when I go. I declined the outfit as well, I don’t know if that makes a difference.
