Yes, I’m sorry but that 4 day 23 hour is irreversible. It happened to me a while back transferring to a new device. I’m sorry you have to wait.

If the silver and bronze boxes aren't getting updates, could they please have more spots for Kstars? I'm sick of how many times I get energy from the bronze boxes. But also, @KalindaKing could the TB SYS items in diamond boxes please be moved to the bronze and silver boxes? We don't even need as many boxes as we have, including the TB monthly boxes that I don't like at all.
Is there a way to reject Kim’s inspiration for looks call ? Items offered I either own them or have no desire to get them. Unless the items are from previous events that fit the theme, I don’t think I have a desire to get them even for the 2 diamonds payoff. Also it stop Simon from offering the k-stars gigs.

Not sure where to post this but after days of messaging customer service, they told me that they added the honeybear to my account. I’ve closed and restarted my game several times and I’m not seeing it. It would be in the handhelds wouldn’t it? I feel like I’ve looked through all of the categories and I’m still not seeing it. Going crazy looking for it😵💫
I have good news for anyone who missed the storyline gift last week! Please fully close (swipe away) and re-open your game to get a call which will fix it. You will be asked if you want to buy or decline the outfit. If you already bought it, do not buy it again because then you will be charged twice. After the outfit choice, you will get the final goal and then receive the bear! Thanks for your patience.
