SYS Prizes, not receiving them :(

At the end of SYS events I am not receiving my prizes for my place or my style level. Every week I am contacting glu support on the app to help and they send me the prizes but I never receive the clothing just energy stars and maybe one prize box if someone could help would be much appreciated x
