How long does customer care take to contact you? SYS not working properly

I have played this game for quite some time, however this is my first time experiencing these kinds of issues within the game. I suppose I "opened a ticket"? through the app yesterday, and the automated chat told me customer care would contact me soon. This SYS is coming to an end and I fear my issue will be misunderstood. Whereas most people have problems with votes not adding up and getting incorrect prizes, in my case what happens is that most of the trendsetter rewards (diamonds and dyes) i've been claiming are nowhere to be found on my account since I started the Pisces SYS. I have been taking screenshots of the occurence and I hope it gets resolved soon, it breaks my heart that this is happening because it takes me forever to save up diamonds and I rely on SYS to get them
