Should I reinstall my app?

Since yesterday my game isn’t opening. I have loading screen but it doesn’t even show loading percentage. It is loading and then app closes. I tried everything - WiFi and mobile data, turning my phone out, cleaning some space on my phone. Nothing works for me 😕

Don't reinstall it. Maybe you'll lose your progress. Ask @KalindaKing or @kokokokonut

Yes don’t uninstall… What device do you play on? & if you remember your Hollywood ID you can email Glu CS or ask Kalinda for help.

Please do not delete and reinstall. You will lose progress that can not be restored. What platform is your game?   And do you have your Hollywood ID# saved somewhere?
