In the survey I mentioned that they should actually listen to players more but I should have also brought up closet organization since it's long overdue. And seasons could get really boring if SYS is any indication. I don't want the same thing all update long.

@mary1313 it pops up when u go into the game but it also can’t be showing up probably because it could be only a limited amount of people I think.

Idk where to put his but for the last 3 days my 10 daily kstar videos haven’t loaded and all I get is a loading page that brings me directly to the offers page, no pop up that asks me to watch videos 

other than sys rewards/boxes and weekly businesses this is like the only way I get kstars since I’m not really interested in paying real money for the game 😕

I have a problem with my daily videos for k stars...
Since i updated the app i can't get more than 9 videos, and i have 20 videos to watch daily

For some reason it stops giving me the option to watch videos after 9 videos and goes straight to the offers, it doesn't say I don't have any videos to watch or something, can you please fix that? It's really annoying

It does that now, when you’re finished with your daily videos it will not have a pop-up and go straight to the offers. Everyone gets 10 videos now and bot 20

I don't even get 10, i get 9...
Why it does that? That's so unfair i had 20 videos until i updated. 😤😑

I wrote to the customer service but they didn't replied yet, i hope it's just a temporary problem and that it will be fixed 😕🤞🏽

Because it is from Kimiversary and Kimiversary items don't become available for diamonds.

It would be nice if the first 2 pants could be fixed so shoes go under them like the yellow pants in the 3rd pic. The black pants are really hard to style with how low they are. Its hard to find many shoes that work with them.
