The latest update broke my app

After the latest update my game won't launch at all. I submitted the complaint with my phone info via Android's built-in mechanism, but maybe I can get some help here?

You should wait for the response from Customer Care. They are the ones who can look at your game and try to find your issue.  If you still need help after they respond, send me a dm and I’ll see if I can find further assistance. Good luck.  Sorry this is happening.

The support's advice was basically "get a new device", which I am not going to do. I reinstalled the game and logged in back via Google Play. It works fine though I lost a few levels.
