Since CS moved from the iMessage like lay out my tickets have been disappearing & I’ve been trying to speak about the same issue for about two weeks 😀
I just got a long awaited response (I got a notification & they even apologised about the wait) - clicked it… nothing showed up.
I've had this issue before and it fixed, when I sent a message so I did just that, completely reset my ticket!!
So now I have to wait again 😀, if it isn’t broken don’t fix it.
Also I think when you send a picture the CS can’t click it and access the full image as it crops when initially sent, blocking out the info you need to show them.
anyway I probably made no sense & I’m not sure if it’s just me having issues
