There’s so many little things they’ve done in the past couple months that have shown disrespect to us:
— Not getting fans from the “shopping with Kim for inspiration” call anymore
— Taking away 5 kudos a day and updating the banner that said we were supposed to get kudos for buying houses and cars
— Giving sales to only some players
— Changing the odds of weekend gift boxes making it near impossible to get all items in a palette
— Removing the long hair / handheld glitch which helped players while leaving in the other glitches which actually hurt players
— And now this wine thing
Like...I get that this is a business and they have to make money, but most of this stuff is not going to help them. It’s just going to make people lose interest in the game.
They'll keep going until we hit them where it hurts: in the bank account. We should all boycott them as much as possible (Watching ads only for the daily kstars for example, no buy of big packs and buy my look stuff etc) until they start to freakin listening to their clients.

— Swapping out the last dating event’s dress then pretending they didn’t, leading to people not getting proper event points

Also adding double diamond boxes. Don’t get me wrong, I like that they’re giving us a chance to get items from old diamond boxes but how is it fair at the same time when they haven’t given us diamond businesses or videos for diamonds to save up?

Think about your players wants & maybe revamp and explain these changes to us, instead of us stumbling upon them.

On the topic of not having time for the game - I was on vacation last weekend so didn't really play, joined SYS last minute and got added to a group where people had 100+ hearts. Thought I'd message support about it cause y'know, don't ask don't get. Anyway the support agent basically told me they can't do anything because I 'didn't try hard enough'. So screw your job I guess gotta play this game 24/7 or you're just not trying hard enough.
Sometimes when I'm scrolling through the forum, FB group and even Reddit I see players standing up for Glu. It makes me wonder the reason behind it. This whole company couldn't care less about us. They're constantly changing good things and fixing good glitches, but when it comes to fix things that are prejudicial to us (like starting SYS with only one ticket), Glu just tell us to "contact the customer care". Such a terrible company, and yet some people feel like kissing 🍑 There's no reward, KKH is getting worse every update. Quite sad to see that our effort is going down the drain. At least all these items look... bad.
Fr though our impression of the company is one of the major things affecting whether paying players spend or not - maybe focus on improving customer service and actually taking care to put out designs without glitches (of course there are mistakes sometimes but it happens all the time) - the impression is that the company is careless and money grabbing right? So we choose not to spend. There are so many positive ways to make more money from customers but glu always chooses the lazy and shady ways 💅

I have already started. I cancelled my subscription and have not purchased a thing in about a month. I was a frequent buyer too. They're not getting anymore of my money if I'm just getting BS in return.
@KalindaKing Glu needs to fix the wine. I won't bother with dating events as often if Glu decides they need to be more difficult to finish. Party events are already the worst. We don't need more events to be worse.

Me too. I started when they stole 100+ kstars from me with the duet scam. Now I literally only watch ads for my daily 10 kstars and not spending a single cent on the game, I'd rather miss clothes I like than give money to them. And more time pass, the less I want to go back and pay.
Doing the opposite of what players want wont make us pay money for the game, it’ll just make us not want to play. We put our time into this game and have been committed to playing. And for what? To be completely ignored?? I don’t think so. We shouldn’t have to beg for something to be changed or have to constantly strategize so something unwanted won’t occur. Games are supposed to be fun!! Just an FYI Glu.

I’ve been saying for months how I wish how paying players would stop spending money on the game bc it’s the only way glu will listen to us. They don’t care about our complaints, they only care about the money going into their pockets. But with kimiversary coming, they’re going to have a lot of money coming in. But guys, please try to save up and not spend your money on the game. Because if they keep receiving money, they aren’t going to care about what we have to say.
I started purchasing triple threat daily when it became a thing. I haven't made any purchase in coming up on 3 weeks. This company doesn't gaf about retaining customers. Why would they change the wine after all these years? This is incredibly disappointing, a huge downgrade to the gameplay @KalindaKing
It’s been a long while since I spent money on this game and I’ve noticed the same with my squad. It’s just getting more and more tiring to play when it’s supposed to be a game for fun.
Can’t have any semblance of a life when you have to spend every moment of your weekend tapping around for energy in order to complete an event which should be accessible for everyone.
The earn-ables are kind of flamboyant and fun but personally i could do without the box items.
Random question for anyone who might know. I keep getting the same handful of Kollections in my 24 hour rotation. Do I need to begrudgingly finish the kollections I’ve nearly completed before I get different ones in the rotation?
Why did they even add the option to refer people if they give us no reason to want to? I'm not telling anyone to start playing a game when the company doesn't care about players.

The items are trash. It's not a question of taste. How about we all spend the weekend spreading the word on social media communities that they should boycott and slam official accounts, and maybe Kim, with complaints about just how bad things are.
