Add to the list of disrespect the fact that every single update there are several glitches but never any apology or compensation. It would make players so happy, show that you care about the problems with the gameplay and cost them literally nothing to compensate players some stars and a couple diamonds. Instead any time we do get anything it is some common dye that is basically useless.

We finally get a response from "the team" and it's "we're leaving it as it is" ?? I am speechless. At least try to sound like you care a little.
If you want the players, your customers, to play more this is the exact opposite way to do it. It is no wonder so many people I know stopped playing and so many others just hack it.
If you are going to try and push me to play something more that you continually suck the joy out of, it will only push me to not want to play at all. It feels more like a chore than a fun game to waste some free time. Bring the fun back and #FixTheWine

I haven't played all week to save up the extra energy I've gotten spinning kollections for this dating weekend now that I know itll be a lot harder Normally I still do some gigs during the week. So I guess my overall play time is about to go down with this new system.

On the topic of not having time for the game - I was on vacation last weekend so didn't really play, joined SYS last minute and got added to a group where people had 100+ hearts. Thought I'd message support about it cause y'know, don't ask don't get. Anyway the support agent basically told me they can't do anything because I 'didn't try hard enough'. So screw your job I guess gotta play this game 24/7 or you're just not trying hard enough.
If the game was more friendly for people with jobs, then people will probably give Glu more money…

Well, I simply do not like any of the items, so I just don't care to do the weekend event this time. I also think that, if they're not going to fix the wine, dates should give more event points. For example, 8 hour dates should start giving 30 points instead of 20 (or whatever they give).

Ok that’s an amazing point, instead of making events have less points overall, instead increase how many points we get per gig.
@TrashleyKKH I don't even think we need to worry. As long as we don't give them any feedback before the outfits are released they're absolutely clueless about fashion. You can see that by the glasses the gave us to go with the dress 🥴
@Lachimolala I mean the items used to be more cohesive together but they been “mixing and matching” items. 🤷 I think the glasses are cute for a 60s look.
Logged on to complain about the $650 fine wine no longer completing a 1 hr date and looks like y’all already fired up! I don’t play when it’s a party event as it’s just too hard to complete and now I guess I won’t play when it’s a dating event too. Cool 🙄. This sucks.
