I had an issue where the game wouldn't open and I lost my 99% progress "On a roll 10"

Can you please advise me on what to do? I was on 99% for the "On a roll 10" achievement and my game just wouldn't open due to update and I lost my progress - I legit only had 1 or 2 events left to complete it.

That is painful,  I’m sorry but there is nothing that can regain your progress there.  Of course you can contact Customer Care, but I don’t know what they will do.  I’m so sorry this happened.
