Pride Parade Rain or Shine

Purchased the shinning metal dress from “Maya” but have a task to see “Elizabeth” at the center near LAX. I only have the Kim SYS procured outfits when I go in but no Elizabeth. 

What’s going on with this as clearly it’s a glitch of some kind. Providing pics.
